By using raveeto.com, you accept the following terms. The French version prevails.

What Raveeto does

Raveeto finds cycling gear deals in Canadian shops and compares their prices. Raveeto sells nothing: you buy on the shop's site, under its terms (price, shipping, returns, warranty).

Prices and availability

Prices, crossed-out prices, discounts and stock are collected every day from the shops' sites. They may have changed since, or contain an error. The price shown by the shop at the time of purchase prevails. Prices in Canadian dollars, taxes and shipping not included, unless the shop says otherwise.

Account and price alerts

The account and price alerts are free and optional, and for people aged 14 and over. An alert tells you by e-mail, at most once a day, when a price collected by Raveeto drops below your threshold. Alerts rely on the same data as the site: they are indicative, may arrive after a change of price or stock, and Raveeto guarantees neither their sending, their timing nor their accuracy. You are responsible for access to your mailbox, which is used to sign you in. Raveeto may suspend or delete an account used abusively (automated sign-ups, other people's addresses). You can pause your alerts, unsubscribe or delete your account at any time from "My account".

Links to shops lead to sites Raveeto does not control. Some are affiliate links (see the affiliate disclosure).

Intellectual property

Trademarks, product names and images belong to their owners. Product images are shown from the shops' sites. Raveeto's texts, layout and logo are protected: please do not reproduce them without permission.

Use of the site

You agree not to disrupt the site nor to extract its content in an automated and massive way.

Liability

Raveeto does its best to provide accurate information and an available site, without being able to guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, Raveeto is not liable for a purchase made at a shop, for an alert received late or not received, nor for a decision made based on the site's information. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Québec's Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
